What we believe

Below is a summary of our core doctrine which is preached and taught throughout the ministries of our church.

We believe:

That the Bible is the complete Word of God, written by divinely inspired men, and without error. It has God for its author and salvation for its end.

That there is one living and true God who is worthy of all honor, confidence, and love, and who exists in three persons – Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, equal in every divine perfection.

That all mankind are sinners and subject to God's just condemnation without defense or excuse.

That the salvation of sinners is wholly from grace through Jesus Christ the Son of God who accomplished salvation through His perfect life and substitutionary death on the cross in the place of sinners.

That all who believe in Christ are justified, including the pardon of sin and the promise of eternal life, solely through faith in the Redeemer’s blood.

That Jesus Christ arose from the dead, ascended into heaven, and now sits at the right hand of God and that He will physically come again.

That believers will be resurrected to everlasting joy, and unbelievers to everlasting punishment. That salvation is by grace alone, through faith alone, in Jesus Christ alone, according to scripture alone, for the glory of God alone.

That the believer’s sanctification is a progressive work begun at regeneration, and that it is carried on in the hearts of believers by the presence and power of the Holy Spirit.

That the visible Church is the Body of Christ, composed of all believers, united in faith and fellowship of the gospel, using their gifts for His glory and the advancement of His kingdom.

That the purpose of the church is to glorify God by building itself up in the faith, by instruction of the Word, by fellowship, by keeping the ordinances, and by fulfilling the Great commission through advancing and communicating the gospel to the entire world.
